If your system doesn't work as it should because you forgot your password, or it won't switch on or start properly, we'll get it fixed while advising of replacement parts options and proceed with your instructions. Remember BICS have a No Fix= No Fee policy. Don't just resign it to the tip - it could be a simple fix at a fraction of the replacement cost.
